Mr. Affleck took the time to explain all the possible treatment options that were available to me. I had quite severe acne and nothing that my GP had prescribed was making things better .Mr. Affleck went through all the pros and cons of the various treatments and discussed the research behind each. Eventually, after this discussion we arrived at a treatment choice that I was happy with. He discussed everything with my mum and I and answered all our questions regarding side effects etc. Mr. Affleck was very reassuring and I began my treatment with confidence. Within a short period of time I began to see a huge difference in my skin , as did others. I am absolutely delighted with the treatment and care that I received from Mr. Affleck. My skin is so much better and I feel so much better because of it. Mr. Affleck remained contactable throughout my treatment, If I had any problems. He was very knowledgable , understanding and overall, my mum and I were very happy with the care and treatment that he provided.

Travelling from Aberdeen feeling rather nervous, I was immediately put at ease upon arrival at Tayside Health. I discussed the development of a facial wart I had grow for several months, and was then presented choices of potential treatments and their affects. After recieving cryotherapy on the wart, I was then calmed down and was able to ask any questions I had, and any aftercare I should take. I felt totally comfortable even though I have a tendency to feel anxious having medical treatments. Would throughly recommend.

Dr Affleck was welcoming, gave me his whole attention, and carefully explained the care options after being shown my issues. He did not rush the consultation, or the treatment which followed, again taking the time to explain clearly what to expect following my visit. I could not have asked for more, thank you.
